The ground-floor studio holiday apartment Rockchair Mitte Prenz´lberg with its own direct access consists of a sleeping area, shower room, fully equipped kitchen with an inviting dining area and a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and flatscreen. It has a ceiling height of 3.40 m. In the sleeping area you sleep in a high-quality King Size Boxspring double bed. In the spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin we provide towels, hairdryer, soap and shampoo. A washing machine, a tumble dryer and an ironing station are also available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your daily life: sink, oven with stove, combined fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster…
All in all a compact apartment in which one does not eat and cook in the living room despite the studio situation due to the clever room layout and sleeps as if in a separate room protected from view.

The story under your own feet: The apartment is located directly on the former border strip of the Berlin Wall! Accordingly, the memorial to the Berlin Wall on Bernauer Strasse is only a short walk away. The famous and popular Mauerpark with its flea market is just around the corner.
If you turn into the side streets, the next thing you see is the Arkona Square, which is popular with residents and children, the Prenzl´berger and Mitte scene are within reach. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and small individual shops are all within easy reach.
