Cosy-modern enterior in an old Berlin building

Welcome to an old Berlin building that combines the charm of bygone times with a cosy, modern interior.
You enter the apartment through an old decorated wooden door and first come into the hallway, which presents itself with noble brown parquet flooring and old wooden cassette doors. To the left and right are the first two bedrooms, which offer a total of 5 beds on high-quality single and king-size box spring beds. One of the rooms is facing the street, the other facing the quiet inner courtyard.
A door on the right leads into the bright living room, equipped with 2 large comfortable sofa beds and HD-TV. To the left of the hallway one enters into the impressive, spacious living/dining kitchen. Both rooms are connected with each other by a double wing door, so that the open space feeling is strengthened even more.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for daily life and more: dishes, pots, pans, stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. The combined washing machine with integrated dryer is also located here. All appliances are new.
In the rear part of the apartment, facing the inner courtyard, there are 2 fully equipped shower baths and another bedroom with 2 single beds on box spring beds of the highest quality.

Kreuzberg right in the middle

Kreuzberg is a dazzling, lively district of Berlin’s inner city. Once marked by the adjacent Berlin Wall, which abruptly interrupted some streets, Kreuzberg forms one of the city’s most central districts, in which multiculturalism and nightlife pulsate, but in which also greenery and recreational value are of great importance – opposite the apartment is the famous hub of the district, the Kreuzberg hill with its Victoria Park. The Kreuzberg is a place where history and modern life come together: the remarkable large playground is family-friendly, and right next to it the famous Golgatha beer garden.

At the next street corner, Kreuzbergstrasse begins with its small shops – typically Kreuzberg and highly recommendable: the Italian coffeeshop “Vereinszimmer” . The street leads into Bergmannstrasse, famous throughout the city, with the adjoining Marheinekeplatz and its market hall, a must see for everyone who wants to have seen Kreuzberg. At the same time there is the Gneisenaustr, where the Kreuzberg nights are long…
The main attractions of the city such as Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie and Alexanderplatz are within easy reach – and highly recommendable is the newly designed Gleisdreieck Park, starting at Yorckstr., which offers a wide variety of leisure activities and at the same time leads to Potsdamer Platz. A very interesting, successful new perspective on the city!
Finally a hint for the needs of daily life: A bakery is 100 m further down on the next street corner (Monumentenstr), in Kreuzbergstr you will find 2 big supermarkets to the left around the corner (500m).
